Dryden and Stefani Block are the husband-and-wife team behind Uptown Builders Ltd., bringing over a decade of experience in real estate, renovations, and home building. They pour intention into every detail—earning the trust of clients through thoughtful design, reliable quality, and a personal approach to building.  Most recently, they were proud to help bring a substantial number of single-family homes to life in the resort community of Tobiano, BC — beautifully crafted, functional spaces designed to truly feel like home.  Over the years, they’ve built lasting friendships and strong relationships with many of the people they’ve had the privilege to build homes for.  ​

Originally from the Humboldt, SK area, Dryden and Stefani recently shifted their focus back to the area to bring something new to the local housing market. Through Uptown Builders, they’re introducing fresh design ideas and carefully planned floorplans to the Humboldt area—helping meet the growing housing demand, while elevating the standard for small-town living.

When they’re not building homes, you’ll find them out with family and friends, exploring new places, relaxing on the lake, or cruising on their motorcycles. It’s this vibrant, family-focused lifestyle that inspires every home they build.
